Leather Suit positions itself at the top of the range of D-air®-free racing suits – in terms of safety, too. Its mechanical resistance actually reaches class AAA, while the aluminum inserts on shoulders and knees and the steel inserts on the elbows – with customizable positioning – optimize the suit's protection level by fully minimizing friction in the event of a fall.

Made of premium D-Skin cowhide with localized perforation, Audax D-Zip 1PC Perf. Leather Suit features a patented fully stretch back construction– a structure that minimizes seams while enhancing the suit’s resistance in the event of a fall. All this owing to stretch microfiber characterized by Microelastic 2.0 inserts, which make the suit even more close-fitting and therefore better at containing volume in an upright position.

Comfortable riding posture and freedom of movement are further enhanced by the iconic double-zipper construction and stretch fabric on the abdomen – a historic Dainese patent allowing the body to be kept snug against the tank when in tucked position, with no discomfort from the rigid and inextensible central zipper element. Maximum riding comfort is also guaranteed by the integrated Boots-IN system.

The detachable D-Tec Racing Core interior further increases comfort and aerodynamics, as this removable and washable inner layer houses the composite shoulder protectors – now even more sensitive to the body’s micro-movements – and the Pro-Shape 2.0 hip protectors.

The breathable lining in mesh fabric ensures maximum thermal comfort while the internal waterproof pocket protects documents and cell phone from downpours, completing the range of features distinguishing this revolutionary motorcycle suit.

D-SKIN 2.0 LEATHER​

D-Skin 2.0 represents a further level of excellence achieved by the D-Tec Department. This material reaches new standards in terms of abrasion, traction and tear resistance while being extremely comfortable thanks to its softness and flexibility. D-Skin 2.0 is made of strictly selected full grain cowhide leather, characterized by long intact fibers. It maintains the same thickness of other cowhide leathers present in the collection. Special treatments with resins and silicon waxes enhance the technical features of this excellent leather. D-Skin 2.0 Leather is normally between 1.1-1.3 mm thick.

FULL-ELASTIC FRONT CONSTRUCTION​

REPLACEABLE SLIDER SYSTEM (RSS) 4.0 FOR ELBOWS​

The Replaceable Slider System (RSS) 4.0 features re-engineered slider profiles, resulting in lighest construction for leather suits and jackets. The RSS 4.0 elbow slider system is seamlessly integrated in the metal plate for a substantial reduction in weight, improved fit and usability, and it is designed to offer two different positions according to the riding style, lean angle and preference, being adjustable in just a click.This system makes replacing sliders quick, simple, tool-free and reliable.

REPLACEABLE SLIDER SYSTEM (RSS) 4.0 FOR KNEES​

The Replaceable Slider System (RSS) 4.0 features re-engineered slider profiles, resulting in lighest construction for leather suits and pants. The RSS 4.0 knee slider system allows the slider to be substituted without changing the position of the base attached to the Velcro, one of the most relevant aspects for those putting the knee down on the tarmac. This system makes replacing sliders quick, simple, tool-free and reliable.
