How HC Points Work
When you place your first Order with Helmetcity.co.uk you must create an account. Once your order has been despatched, the HC Points will be stored in your account, ready to be used on your next purchase.
When you then place your next order, your HC Points will be clearly visible in the Shopping Cart (you must be logged into your account to see them). You can then choose to use them for that purchase or leave them for another time.
HC Points are not set to expire, use them whenever you want! *
How do I get HC Points?
Full Price Products - 5 HC Points for every £1 spent. Examples:
- £100 = 500 HC Points
- £200 = 1000 HC Points
- £300 = 1500 HC Points
- £500 = 2500 HC Points
Sale Products
2 HC Points for every £1 spent. Eg. Spend £50 and receive 100 HC Points, spend £500 and get 1000 HC Points
- £100 = 200 HC Points

What are HC Points worth?
HC Points are worth a £1 discount for every 100 points you redeem. Some examples :
- 500 HC Points = £5
- 1000 HC Points = £10
- 1500 HC Points = £15
- 2000 HC Points = £20
- 5000 HC Points = £50

How will I know the points I will earn?
Each product has the number of HC Points you will get clearly displayed on it's page.
Is there a minimum spend when I redeem my HC Points?
No, you can redeem HC Points against any purchase through www.helmetcity.co.uk. Any leftover HC Points will remain in your account. Points cannot be spent in our shops, they can only be spent online at www.helmetcity.co.uk. The Points value is taken off the total price including VAT (where applied), not the Net price.
Helmet City HC Points cannot be redeemed for cash, they have no cash value.

- HC Points are NOT available if you checkout as Guest, an Account must be created - the system cannot assign points to an Account that does not exist.

U-COM 3 HD is the motorcycle intercom equipped with Bluetooth® 5.1 technology with reduced dimensions and integrated battery, fully compatible with the original oem systems installed on the helmets and with most of the intercoms of other brands on the market.
The UCOM 3 HD is also equipped with 40mm HD speakers with high bass quality, to listen to your favorite music including in the background during a conversation.
This model allows you to communicate with a passenger or another motorcycle up to a maximum distance of 500m.
Equipped with a new super user-friendly and multilingual app, the user experience is easy and intuitive, so you can maximize the potential of the intercom and and to offer the best customisation.
