Thermal Optimization: For maximum thermal efficiency, pre-heat the flask with boiling water for hot drinks, or pre-cool it with ice water for cold drinks, before filling it with your beverage. Never place the flask in a microwave or conventional oven.
What to Avoid: Do not use the flask to store or carry carbonated (fizzy) drinks, as pressure buildup can compromise the seal. To minimize risk of bacterial growth, do not use it to keep warm milk products or baby food.
Cleaning Instructions: This flask is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash periodically using a mixture of warm water and bicarbonate of soda, or standard washing-up liquid. Rinse thoroughly after washing.
