How HC Points Work
When you place your first Order with Helmetcity.co.uk you must create an account. Once your order has been despatched, the HC Points will be stored in your account, ready to be used on your next purchase.
When you then place your next order, your HC Points will be clearly visible in the Shopping Cart (you must be logged into your account to see them). You can then choose to use them for that purchase or leave them for another time.
HC Points are not set to expire, use them whenever you want! *
How do I get HC Points?
Full Price Products - 5 HC Points for every £1 spent. Examples:
- £100 = 500 HC Points
- £200 = 1000 HC Points
- £300 = 1500 HC Points
- £500 = 2500 HC Points
Sale Products
2 HC Points for every £1 spent. Eg. Spend £50 and receive 100 HC Points, spend £500 and get 1000 HC Points
- £100 = 200 HC Points
- £200 = 400 HC Points
- £300 = 600 HC Points
- £500 = 1000 HC Points
Other ways to earn HC Points
- Earn 100 HC Points when you create an Account.
- Earn 100 HC Points for leaving a product review (the item reviewed must have been purchased by you from Helmetcity.co.uk Ltd).
What are HC Points worth?
HC Points are worth a £1 discount for every 100 points you redeem. Some examples :
- 500 HC Points = £5
- 1000 HC Points = £10
- 1500 HC Points = £15
- 2000 HC Points = £20
- 5000 HC Points = £50
Make sure you use the same account when purchasing from us, to ensure your get every HC Point you're entitled to!
How will I know the points I will earn?
Each product has the number of HC Points you will get clearly displayed on it's page.
Is there a minimum spend when I redeem my HC Points?
No, you can redeem HC Points against any purchase through www.helmetcity.co.uk. Any leftover HC Points will remain in your account. Points cannot be spent in our shops, they can only be spent online at www.helmetcity.co.uk. The Points value is taken off the total price including VAT (where applied), not the Net price.
Helmet City HC Points cannot be redeemed for cash, they have no cash value.
IMPORTANT
- HC Points are NOT available if you checkout as Guest, an Account must be created - the system cannot assign points to an Account that does not exist.
- HC Points are NOT available to countries outside the UK.
